Terms and Conditions

1. The platform is intended for business users and requires users to register and log in themselves via the subpage http://www.biou.pl/Logowanie
2 .Access to the product offer is granted following successful verification - following registration, users are approved by the administrators of the bioU warehouse, and account activation is confirmed by a corresponding email notification (at present, we do not cooperate with private individuals, unregistered businesses, business accelerators/incubators)
3. By registering with the bioU wholesale platform, the user acknowledges and consents to the verification of their details by credit reference agencies, entities in the banking and financial sector, business intelligence agencies and similar institutions
4.Orders are shipped after receiving payment.
5.Listing and selling products on marketplace platforms (such as Allegro, Amazon, etc.) requires separate written consent from bioU.
6.The bioU trading platform provides access to an integration file (CSV/XML/API) that enables the automation of the process of adding bioU offers to a partner’s sales website – access to the file is granted on an individual basis.
7.Depending on the regulations in the country where the business is operated, it may be necessary to register the business with the appropriate authorities.
8.The products we ship are labelled in Polish – either in their original Polish packaging or with Polish replacement labels. In the case of international shipments handled by bioU, the buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the destination country and for labelling the product in the language of that country.

1. The minimum order value for wholesale orders is 70 EUR.
2.Orders placed and paid for by 12:00 on a working day are processed and shipped on the same day.
3.Orders will only be processed once all outstanding payments have been settled (invoices paid).
4.Failure to pay an invoice on time will prevent you from placing a further order.
5.Invoices are issued with a 1-day payment term. 
6.Orders paid for in advance by bank transfer will be eligible for an additional discount, which is calculated and applied automatically by the bioU wholesale system.
7.bioU accepts complaints no later than 1 working day after receipt of the delivery.
8.Complaints regarding damage to the parcel caused by the carrier must always be documented in a report drawn up with a representative of the delivery company (we ask that you promptly forward the correctly completed report to bioU’s customer service team).
9.Complaints regarding returns are only accepted if the products received do not match the order; please note that you must pay particular attention to the use-by dates of the products (available on each product page; we only accept comments and suggestions regarding this matter before an order is placed)
10.The cost of packaging and shipping the goods is covered by the user placing the order with the bioU wholesaler.
In the case of parcels not picked up by the recipient, the logistics costs (the cost of the parcel’s return shipping) are re-invoiced to the recipient.
In all other cases, the delivery price list applies – the final delivery cost is calculated automatically in the basket summary based on the weight of the ordered products and the country of delivery.
For very large orders, the delivery cost will be calculated individually after the order has been placed.
