bioU distribution offering is designed for companies involved in the resale of products and requires independent registration/login on the B2B website. b2b.biou.pl Given that we operate in the field of dietary supplements and wish to build our sales network carefully, we verify the activities of each potential Partner on the basis of documents (KRS/CEIDG/VIES) as well as their experience and chosen sales channel. The distribution of dietary supplements falls under the remit of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station (Sanepid), so the entity must also declare the distribution of the products there. Consequently, we do not enter into cooperation with unregistered businesses or individuals operating within business incubators, foundations or similar organisations.
We have developed system that displays all available product data both on the website and in an XML file, linking this to the product’s best-before date (use-by date). We operate in a specific market sector where the products sold are subject to restrictions applicable to both foodstuffs and, not infrequently, medicines (although they are not classified as such) – we therefore recommend that you purchase carefully, as we don't accept returns.
The documents required depend on the regulations in the country where the business operates and the markets in which sales are made. It is the responsibility of the company operating in a particular market to comply with local regulations and requirements. In the case of a dropshipping partnership, it is necessary to sign a contract before the partnership starts.
Every customer can place orders by uploading a product file. This means that if you are able to generate a request with two variables (the quantity of products for a given SKU + the EAN for that SKU), you can upload such a file to the basket. Invoices are sent using a predefined email template. The document is always sent to the email address associated with your wholesale account.
We operate from our own warehouse – when you place an order, you are purchasing products that are currently on our shelves. Orders placed and paid by 12.00 pm are shipped on the same day (Mon–Fri). Delivery times depend on the destination country. We have no control over the courier’s working hours or delivery times.
At the moment, we only accept bank transfers. We operate on low margins, and fast payment methods take an additional few per cent, so we would be losing money with this payment method.
To sell via the dropshipping model, you must sign a partnership agreement and provide us, prior to commencing sales, with a registration certificate from the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station (Sanepid) confirming your company’s approval for the register of businesses trading in dietary supplements. Applicable terms of cooperation: - Deposit of 150 EUR (refundable upon termination of the agreement) - Dropshipping product fee – 1,20 EUR. This is automatically added to every order. - Every order must be submitted to our platform with the consignment note attached. - Returns handling – 1,45 EUR per parcel (assuming dispatch via the seller’s postal service). - Payment for each parcel or several parcels from a given day via a single bank transfer on the day the order is placed. A collective invoice for the entire month is issued by the 15th of the following month. - Product range available via XML or Base file, provided that monthly sales reach 250 EUR. If the invoice value is less than 250 EUR, a fee of 12 EUR net per month will be added. - 2% discount for prepayment. - International shipping is only possible using the seller’s labels. All products are labelled with Polish labels and we can't take responsibility for the requirements of other countries. The seller is responsible for any requirements of institutions and authorities in other countries. - Labelling in another language is possible by individual arrangement.
In addition to traditional wholesale partnerships, we also offer cross-docking cooperation. Thanks to the ability to synchronise stock levels in real time (via an XML file) and rapid dispatch, you can place orders on a post-sale basis – that is, only after a customer has placed an order – without building up product stock, thereby avoiding the risk of stock expiring or slow-moving products.
The B2B platform accepts orders 24/7 and provides access to real-time stock levels and use-by dates for purchased products.
